Pretty nice.

That wand is pretty good. It lacks the AS but the damage is great and if you can craft a good crit chance on it, it would be worth like 10 exalts. At it's current state I would say around 8. These rolls on an imbued wand and it would be an easy 15 ex with a good crit roll on it.

The damage is very nice, would be good with crit or as for sure.
