[1.2.1.] Crit. Staff Blender

So, I've been away for about four months (for work) and, coming back, have noticed a lot has changed. I need new builds, need to revive/revise/rewrite old builds, and if possible combine several old builds into fewer (but better) new ones.

One of my favourite pre-patch builds was a physical melee staff Scion blender. At the time it was build around Resolute Technique, because the way the nodes were laid out, didn't allow for an effective crit. build. That may have changed, and I'm now looking into this:



Core gem setup would be,

LMB: Cyclone + PCoC + Multistrike
RMB: Leap Slam + CoC + Discharge

You could potentially get two 5L's/6L's, so there is a lot of room for expansion there.
