forced back to char screen after loading screen...

as title said i log in fine its super fast then i click my char and it load screens then pops me back out to char selection and permanently says loading char's ive tried many times done internet speed testing thinking my internet was being slow? nope getting perfectly good results. why is this happening?

side problem audio not detecting my USB headset (logitech g930 720 surround sound headset)

headset is detected now but still having the login issues...

did a winMTR here is the results... i dont understand why im getting no response with host my internet is fine im getting 32mbps down 2.5mbps up on speedtest.net constatntly and have no issues anywhere else have disabled fire wall (already was) turned off avast still happens.

UPDATE~
resetting my router seems to fix it temporarily...

anyone? cant really just reset my router every time this happens it can happen pretty often sometimes (when going to another map its also happening)
