I can't upgrade to master supporter... I have all the money for the upgrade that is 100$ but the page is just empty...

Make sure you have adblock and stuff disabled.
It looks like the box is supposed to be there, but might be getting removed by an external extension/plugin. You might want to try a different browser, or start your browser in safe-mode (the browser mode that disables all plugins/extensions). | |
