That's a disconnection somewhere in Australia. You're going to need to send the reports to your ISP, there's nothing GGG can do.

Hi CyanideSkittles,
I'm sorry to hear this is happening. Were all of these traces running as the issue was occurring? In one of them I can see some packet loss happening around VOCUS' network, which is something you would need to bring up with your ISP, as Ionface said. Unfortunately, none of the traces you've posted have completely resolved, and they haven't been run for very long (300 packets tends to be a good length) so it's hard to conclude much from them. If you can capture the issue over a few minutes of playing we should be able to get a better picture of the connection. We have seen issues with VOCUS in the past though, so you may wish to try a different gateway, or a VPN for now. For the former, I recommend typing Singapore manually into the gateway box, and for the latter, there are some instructions here. Please let us know how you get on. Gameplay & Level Design
