Gave points to guild, not available

I bought 200 points via microtransaction so I could buy some guild stash slots.
I then "granted" 50 points to my guild (of which I am the guild leader). I then tried to use that to buy the guild slots. I received no confirmation, but my guild total was debited the 50 points. Right now, my guild transaction history shows that I granted it 50 points, but it is showing a current balance of zero points. The guild does not have any guild stash slots. Where did these points go? How can this be fixed? Thank you! |

This transaction appears to have worked properly. Could you please restart your client then check your guild stash? If not, could you please send a screenshot of your guild stash to support@grindinggear.com so that we can look into this further? Gameplay & Level Design
