Help finding monster.

Hello. I just did a lore-master quest and these guys called Boneweavers (i think that was the name) spawned. They were necromancer type enemy's and they cast summon raging spirit. is there any place other then loremaster stuff where i can find these mobs at? they make the greatest specs i have ever seen.
