Tornado shot and point blank??

Dont know if already answered but
How do point blank work with TS?
Does it count from the first projectile you shoot
Or from the seconds projectiles comming out of the first?

I hope you get what i want to know.

Im thinking it Works in 2 stages, first time for the piercing shot and Then for the other arrows. And if im right
They will get the bonus dmg from point blank cuz they havnt traveled very far.
Or am i wrong here?

Yes, it was already answered once and asked plenty of times.

It works like any other projectile skill, damage drops off with distance travelled and there is no damage reset. It drops off to the split point and then each created arrow starts with that damage and continues from there.

It did work differently once, it was a bug and was fixed.
