about a crafted mod of Elreon(Loremaster)

one of his craft mod is "1-2% Mana Leech " and it just cost 5 chaos
I think it's too cheap for its value and doubt its authenticity

so could someone check this mod if your Loremaster have reached LV8?

if this mod is ture, many build would get salvation.
