Surgeon Flask + Flask Charge Gain %?

Belts can have increased flask charges gained. If have 20% inc flask charge gained and I crit with a surgeon's flask. Does my surgeons flask get +1 charge, or +1.2 charges? Effectively, giving me 6 charges on the 5th crit instead of 5.
Thanks Also in line with Surgeon. If I am running dual strike + melee splash + multi strike...and I crit (assume both weapons): Does it count twice because there are two weapons? If every Multistrike is a crit, does it give me a charge per each hit? If there are monsters getting crit in the AoE range from splash, do those hits give me a charge as well? Thanks! |
