Herald of Ash AoE effect is too slow/obtrusive

Herald of Ash shock wave effect looks otherwise pretty nice, but I think it's too slow, which makes it obtrusive.

A simple solution would be to make the effect much faster, then it would look more like a proper shock wave of fire and it wouldn't be as obtrusive.
