Iron Reflexes Marauder - please critique

Hey. Pretty new to this and don't know the math behind everything so I started playing around a bit and was wondering what you thought of this:

should be an insane amount of armour and a decent amount of life and elem resist.
Heard armor isn't that good, but still, any constructice criticism would be appreciated.
