[1.2.4] SHATTER CHUCK - 3 MILLION SUSTAINABLE DPS (6.7 \W SHOCK & CURSE) - EASY UBER ATZIRI

I am wondering if this build can be done without Atziri's Acuity.
Currently using a flame totem build 100k dps.
This looks a lot more interesting, have the void batteries, and can get the Shav robe.
But the Atziri's Acuity is not an option.

What about the auras ? reduced mana no longer works for auras? is it still viable whit that many auras and lev 3-4 enlightens?

So just as many other builds, this one was pretty broken and now with new updates is much weaker / totally useless ?

This build along with a lot of stuff got nerfed to the stone age and nowadays pretty average?
