Why Would This Build Not Work? Phys Archer(RoA Barrage)

I was screwing around with the calculator thinking about making a RoA Barrage Tornado Phys Scion.

It still needs a lot of tweaking for point management. I know of two spots that aren't right yet.


I haven't played in over a year, but I recall making my LA ranger with the same basic idea as this build except elemental damage.

Aside from having little to no survivability, would this build not work?

Also, do you still get a huge accuracy penalty at Merciless? Can Physical be done without RT and without Lionseye? Will I need to pick up some accuracy nodes?


This is a really rough idea, but I figure I'd get some advice on the first round of it.
