elemental hit and wands

With the reroll i'm planning on changing my templar into a elemental hit + elemental equilibrium char who uses piscator's vigil.

If I get nodes with "increased wand damage" will it increase the damage of elemental hit while using a wand with it?

Also does increased projectile damage work with that?
