Witch tree stun avoidance should be global, not just while casting

I would like to use the nodes but its useless to me as a coc character. Making it global stun avoidance would be so much better.

It isn't stun avoidance, it's no spell interrupt while stunned. Huge difference.
As an ES user witch already has 50% stun avoidance when they're playing right. IGN - PlutoChthon, Talvathir
