Where to find Herald of Ice?

Can anyone tell me what quest offers the Herald of Ice as a reward? Or is it random drop in the world?

Wiki says Lost in Love, Normal by Ranger. I got it as a witch as well in Act 3 so I am assuming the same quest, just can't remember exactly.

Check your level 3+ masters too. They sell gems.

Shadow also has it as quest reward like the other I don't remember which one either Act 2 or Act 3 normal
