Reduce the Cool Down for /oos while in PvP Instances

Not sure if its possible to reduce the 10 second cool down on /oos specifically for pvp instances but it would help alot since multiple players are spamming it and so many actions are being taken every second. I can desynch myself by multiple screens while spamming /oos way more than the 10 second cool down. Now think about everyone spamming /oos when they think they are desynched...it barely helps synch anyone at the right time : (
