How Hard would it be to...

Not sure if this is the right place to post this or if it has been asked else where, but I was wondering how hard it would be to have a micro transaction that let us change the colour of our skills?

I mean I know you can already change the colours of some of them, but what if I really wanted to have my molten shell blue to match my other effects? or my cyclone green to go with my poison theme. Is there some where I can ask to get specific colours added?

I'm totally willing to pay for them just wondering if its too much hassle or not.
