Masters

Hi! I can meet masters only in new leagues and not on standart league, right? And what will happen with hideout when leagues are over?

I would like to know the answer to these questions also! Where are the masters located? Are they only end game quests?

They show up randomly, anywhere, in every league. There's only one which is map-only.

I just had Haku, Armour Master spawn in Cruel Ledge (Standard League) for a lv 78 Mara ("completed" the game).
If you're leaving PoE, chances are I'll rezz you as my minion! MWHAHAHAH

" In Normal difficulty, Masters are introduced over time, with a couple of them appearing per Act. Upon entering Cruel, they can show up anywhere including Maps. |

I came across one in the ship graveyeard. His mission was to protect a relic, which I failed. About 5 of them summoner witches spwaned a lot of monsters and I was overwhelmed :(
I'm only lvl 17 at the time. |

Are masters and basements shared between each characters in the same league, or each master progression for each character not shared between characters?
