Tornado Shot, Herald of Ash, Herald of Ice... Drops? Quest Rewards? Master only?

Patch Notes were surprisingly mum on the way to obtain any of the new gems. In past patches, the notes gave you a breakdown on the quest / difficulty / drop only nature of obtaining the gems.
Any word? Am I blind, and just missed it? Are these supposed to replace using Anger / Hatred? Used in conjunction? So many questions, so few answers :( |

Yep just hoping tornado blast is an early quest reward but will find out soon!

Don't worry, all the new gems will be quest rewards.
In merciless. Act 3. After killing dom, naked. And Atziri too. And you must be lvl 99 to use them. Just like multistrike is a lvl 66 quest reward for crying out loud... Multistrike and echo should be given to players in act 2-3 normal. "Im smartest. Your stoped. Dael wiht it."

Quest rewards. Normal to early Cruel.
Not sure why Chris didn't elaborate, but my guess is the details weren't in his obviously extensive notes. If I like a game, it'll either be amazing later or awful forever. There's no in-between.
