COC NERF, what exactly it means?!

i read the following:
"the chance to cast has been reduced by a flat 20% at all lvls..." my coc gem at 20/20 have the chance to cast at 88%. does this mean with the new patch the chance to cast is now only by 68%? best regards and hope someone can help:) |

was watching Taiwan poe and a guy was useing coc with fb ek and something else and it didnt look any difrent to how it is now tbh

The nerf is really not that big a deal. It's less than a level 1 enfeeble curse. With a proper CoC build, you notice almost no difference when running enfeeble map mods.
Think about the crazy spell buffs we're getting. Freezing pulse, Ice spear, spark, glacial cascade and even ball lightning. Monster resistances are also nerfed. |
