I have a question , if i use 6link chest with Leap slam + BM + curse on hit + ele weakness+ flammability + fire penetration will fire penetration work like flammability ? will it increase my RF dmg ?

use leap slam and some cold or ligtning damage with it + Elemental Equilibrium

+ flammability + elemental weakness and monsters get -150% fire resistance

Nope. Lighting Warp over enemies = Elem Equilibrium.

And curses Elem Weakness and Flamab = BURN BABY BURN

Fire penetration is an on hit effect for the gem it supports.

It is supporting leap slam, so it only impacts that. Also notable is RF does not hit so there is not hit for fire penetration to process on for rf either. Meaning, it has no use with rf in any manner directly.

If Righteous Fire is your main damage, just link Cyclone to Curse on Hit - Flammability - Elemental Weakness - Added Cold/Lightning Damage (alternatively use cold or lightning dmg on ring).
Then get a corrupted ring with '+1 curses on enemies' and skill into Elemental Equilibrium.

Just Cyclone through enemies while cursing and killing them with Righteous Fire, the weapon doesn't even need to do any damage at all since you only need the dmg from the gem or the ring to proc Elemental Equilibrium.
