Hrimnor's Hymn vs Geofri's Baptism

With Perfect Rolls on Both the only upside of Geofri's is 75 more dmg as well as 23 Cold dmg, the Hrimnor's however has 50% longer stun duration, 10 more Str, 5% life leech, 15% lower enemy stun threshold and it can Crit. Is the extra dmg worth more than all the extra stats the Hrimnor's has?

Hrimnor's is hilarious because it can stunlock Piety with a very dedicated build. Other than that, dealing actual Damage is way more important than Stunning a bit better (and more Damage makes Stuns more likely regardless). 75 is a lot of Damage if your weapon only deals 120 in the first place.
typically ud use the hrim up till u can equip the geofris, the damage is everything.

I wouldn't even bother with Hrimnor's at all. Usually if I'm leveling a 2her and want to stray away from the typical Facebreaker+IB leveling, I'll just equip Shiversting and leapslam my way up to Geofri's. You dont even need passive points(not advisable if HC) if you stack phys dmg on your gear. I've leveled a few PVP toons to lvl 28 without allocating a single passive point......and yes Geofri's is a much better weapon than Hrimnor's, it's not even comparable.
