Thief's Torment mistake

I'd like to point out, the description of thief's torment is easily making people make a mistake.
"Can't use other Rings"
OTHER, so i thought i'll wear 2x thief's torment and somehow cap ele res differently. Invested over 1ex on one-month league and after equipping first second ring slot becomes red.
Solutions:
1). Change description to can't use second ring, or "second ring slot is locked" etc. Right now it can make people easily make a mistake and after reading on the web, I'm not the first one to think it allows wearing two.
2). Decrease life/mana on hit, but keep rest stats identical and allow for using two of these at once

Especially that 50% curse resistance made me think, that wearing 2 = 100%, like it's designed to wear 2 >.>!

Hmm. While I understood the definition, I see your point. A slight change to the wording may be worthwhile. Equipping 2 would be OP though for the reason you described.

"Identical" is not the same as "same". It's still an "other" ring even if it's identical. If you have 2 jelly donuts, if you offer one to a friend, aren't you left with the other? The one you're left with might be identical to the one you gave your friend, but it is still a separate donut. You have one and your friend has the other.

Still, wording is very easily mistakenly understood and I am not the only one that did so.

While I was never under the impression I could wear two Thief's, I can understand the room for confusion and am always in favor of making game text more clear and concise.. within reason.. and this is within reason ^-^

I agree with the wording although I hope OP acknowledges you had plenty of sources to double check your assumption before spending the currency. I got that far into reading your story and knew it could have been prevented.

If your new to the game facebreaker plays the same trick on you.

Wow 800% damage increase for EK when i'm not using a weapon, insane.....
