Pure bad luck or jade flask not droppable in 1 month league ?

Never seen one at all (got a few granite, quartz etc). So just RNG is RNG or it won't drop in this 1 month league at all?

Haven't played much of the one month race but jade flasks are not common for me or my friends...

I feel like this race is the most I've seen drop all through out the game.

vendoring 1x ruby flask, 1x sapphire flask and 1x topaz flask with all 3 having the +% evasion mod with give you a jade flask.

I've seen so many drop. On my vent server I even commented on how many Jade Flasks I was getting. I even stopped picking them up.
