Ancestral Bond & Traps/Mines

I was just wondering if you can still deal damage with traps and/or mines if you have Ancestral Bond.

Yes, you can (altho technically it's traps and mines that would do damage).

Thanks. Your items and passives do still affect your trap/mine damage, correct?

Yup (as long as they affect whatever you put in your trap/mine).
