Is there any way with buffs/uniqes to guarantee 1 hit to crit? Obviously im not talking about 100% crit chance.
Crit chance caps out at 95%. Afaik the only exception is the diamond shrine, which boosts crit chance to 100% for 1 minute.
i can see some supporter designed flask in the future giving a temporary 100% crit chance, or a vaal skill gem. Having it on a piece of wearable gear (ie fulltime 100% crit) would be a little OP, unless the downside is near-suicidal, like -100% max res.

Not quite true -- if you can get 91% chance to crit for your attack, the Critical Weakness curse will additively raise this to 100% (assuming appropriate curse level) and you will always crit when you hit.

Critical Strikes are rolled on a per-action basis, not per-monster. So each time you use a skill, the Critical Strike roll is made once and only once. If you roll a Critical Strike, you will deal Critical damage to all enemies hit by the skill. Struck enemies cursed with Critical Weakness can cause an initial roll that comes up non-critical to potentially become a critical strike.
Anyone done testing or has knowledge how it works? For example
Crit is rolled on action.
- Does NOT crit
- Another crit is rolled on monster with Critical Weakness -->Does the additional roll with Crit Weakness bypass the 95% cap?

I like to think it doesn't bypass the cap so with max crit chance + crit weakness chance to score a crit is 1 - 0,05*0,05 = 0,9975 -> 99,75%.
