Adding Characters to Profile Overview

Hello there.
     I'm having a bit of a problem trying to add characters to my profile overview, which I believe is causing me problems trying to run my shop thread. This is a bit of a two part problem, but the main issue I'm having is trying to add other characters to my profile page. I've gone in through the options to the characters section and added more pins for my other characters, but this is only displaying my character level in the associated league of the character I pin.

     The reason I'm doing this now is because my shop thread, which is being indexed by other sites, is displaying the character listed from the standard league. Now I'm told that if a person messages any of my characters, that the message should be forwarded to me regardless of what character I'm on. This, however, is not the case. I had a friend message my standard character while on the Ambush league and he had received the message that "This character is not logged in" I'm not sure if this is a bug, or never worked for cross league messaging, but it's not working for some odd reason.

     I'm trying to get the proper IGN on poe.xyz.is because messaging my Standard league character is not forwarding messages to me while on the Ambush league. How can I add my ambush characters to my profile page?

You can't change the characters displayed. It's always your highest level softcore and highest level hardcore characters.

I've tested the whisper thing and the message still goes to the correct character. The message saying that character's not logged in doesn't change that (although seeing that message does seem like the message didn't go through). I've also received messages that I'm sure were sent to the character listed while I was playing a lower character.

Mark yourself online every hour and you shouldn't have any problems.
