Issues with Taskbar and Windowed Full Screen.

When the Taskbar is set to the bottom or right position, there is no issue. However, if the Taskbar is set to the left or top position, the Taskbar stays on top and shifts the game. A minor inconvenience but I'd rather not have to move my Taskbar everytime I play this game.

This is still an issue and for me applies to running PoE with Display Mode set to Windowed Full Screen, and the Taskbar moved to the top of the screen, Small Icons option enabled and Autohide off. Windowed Full Screen does not act properly with the Taskbar on the top of the screen. It leaves a transparent gap right under the Taskbar the size of the top window border. The only way to get it to behave the same way it does with the task bar set to the bottom of the screen is to change to windowed, move the task bar to the bottom, set to windowed full screen, move the task bar to the top and return to the game. It will bug out again when you restart the client or change Display Mode.

Further observation of this problem shows that the Desktop isn't shifting properly when the task bar is moved from the top of the screen to the bottom, which leaves the gap at the top. The Desktop should normally shift itself up or down to offset itself the height of the task bar itself. While the client is opened, the Desktop will shift DOWN properly when you move the task bar from the bottom to the top. But it will not shift back UP when you move the task bar away from the top, which leaves the gap.

I now believe this is a Windows problem because I'm starting to notice the same behavior with other programs running in full screen windowed.
