Alira quest help

Hello,
I wanted to help Alira in Bandits Quest for 40mana. Clicked 'help Alira' and didn't get mana. Do i have to finish some quest, when will i get the mana?
When i click her i have only 'I've changed my mind' and 'Goodbye'

You help her by killing the other bandits, you won't recieve your award before then.
