Is it possible to change the colour text of currency in game?

So the colour of currency is a light brown; I was wanting to change it to a brighter colour so it would be more noticeable for me. Is there a way to do so, and is it allowed?

There probably is -- it is almost certainly not allowed, though.

it would require going into the game files and changing it which is against the rules. probably.

Saw this as well, but really I wouldn't suggest anyone to also try this. Not worth the possible punishment for tampering with game files that way.

It should be an option... it's inane that they wouldn't have worked this into the interface, since it's been around since the "red rune mod" in D2. It could be added with loot filter options.

Currency color is horrid. After playing awhile, I have a hard time distinguishing it from the masses of white crap on the ground. If they won't allow this quality of life hack, I wish they'd either change the color, or implement some loot filtering options.
