How can i know what the Max sockets color any item can have?

There is no limit on color sockets but a pure ES item will be harder to roll 4 red sockets. Likely to take you quite a bit of chromes to do it. As in hundreds or thousands or just get super lucky.

Any item can roll any color sockets(except something like tabula rasa of course), but it will be extremely unlikely.

Took me nearly 400 chrome to get 4 off colours on boots

Its weighted off the items stat requirements. Conjurer boots require a fair amount of int and nothing else, so each socket is VASTLY more likely to roll blue (int) than red. It will take a fairly large number of chromatic orbs to roll four reds on them, though it is possible. I wouldnt even try without at least 300.

i wouldnt try without at least 2K chromatics, and you take the risk to lose all of them.

well actually this is a case of coloring gone wrong, originally aiming for 3g1b, was around 180ish chroms when suddenly... :P "Get rich or die grinding"
