Considering the projectile it fires ~~flies~~ rips through the air .... I think it's pretty obvious it's Wind Ripper. Also just basic logic tells us that ripping through wind is a semi-common expression, while dripping wins makes no sense on any level. The bow increases the rarity and quantity of items dropped from slain enemies. I'd consider increased drops a "win". Therefore, Win Dripper makes just as much sense as Wind Ripper.
