[not a bug] Poison Arrow synergizes with Bino's regen
Bino's Kitchen Knife has the property "On killing a Poisoned enemy, nearby allies Regenerate Life". The regen from it seems to go crazy when killing monsters that were "poisoned" by a party member's Poison Arrow. Normally I was getting up to around 1500 life per second after kills, but when I was killing monsters that were being affected by Poison Arrow's damage over time, I was getting around 7500 life per second, which is many times more than I could normally get.
I didn't test if that works even if I would be shooting the Poison Arrow myself. (Ranged Attack Totem with Poison Arrow for example? Edit: Forgot that PA cannot be supported by Ranged Attack Totem.) The regen was exactly the same after every kill (around 7500 per second), as long as the monsters were being affected by Poison Arrow's degen. Poison Arrow has static damage (as opposed to a range), so it seems the regen property on Bino's "thought" that the chaos degen from Poison Arrow was caused by my Adder's Touch skill, and so the healing was based on the Poison Arrow instead of my Adder's Touch skill. Is this intended behavior? (I kind of hope it's intended (would be great synergy), but am afraid it's not intended.) P.S. Poison Arrow and Adder's Touch both cause the "poisoned" debuff. Things that trigger on poisoned enemies only care that they're poisoned, not how they became poisoned.

Yeah of course, that makes sense, Poison Arrow also causes the "poisoned" debuff and the wording of the regen property on Bino's doesn't specify that the poison debuff has to be caused by me. Thank you for clarifying that.
However, I would still like to ask that is this Poison Arrow + Bino's regen synergy working as intended? This is still a fairly new mechanic, and I don't want to start relying on this if there's a chance of it getting nerfed in the future. With a perfect Poison Arrow build you'd be getting over 10k/s heal, not to mention how high it would go with PA Trap. Having said that, I really hope this will not be nerfed, because even though the healing achieved through the PA degen can be really strong, it has its conditions and limitations: 1. You (obviously) need a party member spreading Poison Arrow clouds on the monsters before you kill them with Bino's, otherwise you get "only" the normal heal based on the damage dealt by your Adder's Touch debuff. 2. The party member with Poison Arrow is likely to stay away from the front line, thus being less likely in the healing range. 3. You (obviously) need a Bino's, and while it is a very good dagger overall, it could be a little bit faster and its damage is nowhere near the potential of rares. So for super-end-game, you sacrifice speed and damage for the healing property. 4. The heal lasts only for 2 seconds, so it does nothing when there are no monsters to kill constantly, for example when facing a strong boss. 5. It's just a regen over time, so it doesn't prevent 1-hit KOs. You still need high enough life or other defenses to stay alive. (Edited the post quite a bit since posting.) It's working as intended. It might still be changed if it proves way too powerful, by changing the mod to "enemies poisoned by you" or something, but I highly doubt it.

Honestly I don't think this need's to be fixed, I mean with the recent Build of the Week video I would imagine alot of people are running Poison Arrow again, but that hype will die down once something else come's up, where as Bino's(in its current form) will always be good.
