Does projectile damage increase fireball?

I'm running a CoC spectral throw/fireball shadow

and wondering if +projectile damage increases fireball's damage; I know spelldamage does.

second question. I have this gem:
and I know recently they've started making gems that are like keystones, so I was wondering if there is a keystone for that gem.

Final question:
Where should I go next? Spectral throw cast on crit with fireball :) I don't know whether to go deeper towards the dex side (ranger) or towards the int side (spell damage, and more crit) or str side

Thanks!

If it says "Projectile" on your Fireball skill gem (it does) then it benefits from anything that benefits projectiles.
That includes the 20% projectile speed from the notable passive in the ranger area.

Ironically, bow attacks seem to not have the projectile keyword.
Spoiler
I really hope arrows are projectiles, anyhow.
Why am I wearing a heavy belt if I haven't got any pants?

I don't cast fireball, cast on crit casts it.

I use a dagger and shield. I'm thinking of going for the Adders Touch circle. Gives me damage, attack speed, and crit.

I'm thinking of going for Elemental Domination. I get Spell Damage nodes on the way.

Life, crit and allres nodes are good ;)
I did not find any passive that has 'domination' in its name though?
