Using Blood Magic and Sapping Flasks

If I were to use Sapping Life Flasks(the ones that take 10% of the life recovered from your mana) with the Blood Magic Keystone Passive, what would happen? Would I get the full heal from the flask, would it sap the 10% of in life, or something else?
