Duelist elemental hybrid melee/bow weapon swap build

Hey everyone! I decided to get back to POE after trying it out a bit in open beta and was thinking on rolling a duelist. Thing is i love LA but i also want to get close up and personal a lot of the time with cyclone so i planned out this build, its my first build based solely on elemental weapon damage with just over 200% hp and 9.7% hp regen from passives alone (hoping to hit 16%+ with gear). Anyways its all still on paper havent even planned out my gear and gem combos yet but wanted to give you an idea of what my build will look like and maybe get some feed back. Thank you!

PS: General idea is tanky/ ele weapon damage/ melee/bow swap using cyclone and LA

Since i went for pure ele dmg and BM i focused all my other points into health/regen nodes because after some research i came to the conclusion that specing for sword and bow nodes at the same time would be a terrible idea so im hoping ele dmg will be enough for both and the rest in health.
