How to contact a player

well u could pm them here on the board, and/or add to friends list and msg when they get online.

copy paste character name and whisper ingame, if the said person is offline pm at forums and ask what kind of times he usually is online

you can also check if his signature has some kind of timezone attached to it(look below)
