Paysafecard not working?

Hey there. :)

I am trying to buy a pack since yesterday, but each time, I choose "paysafecard" as my paying option, I reaceive the following message:

"Transaction could not be initiated due to connection problems.
If the problem persists, please contact support."

What happened?

edit: Taking a different course to get to the place where I am asked for my method of payment... was able to open the site where I could type in my pin-codes... after accepting, I get this message:

" An error occurred processing your request. Please try again later.

Thanks for your patience!"

Next edit: Just checked the balance on my cards... the money for the 20$ pack has been deducted from my Balance. So is it just gone now?

Last edit: Points have been credited to my poe account depite the error-message.
So: nvm XD
