Minara Anemina is a pain! Tips?

I can kill her but she usually kills me at least once first (post patch).

I'm a melee build so what I've been trying is draw her minions away from her and then close in quick and then get out quick before swarmed.

I just ran into her new version in Cruel and she lasted about 10 seconds but I was lucky and she spawned from a box in the middle of my own minions and then I invited the Vaal Skeles and that was it. She did do one big explosion but it only got some skeles.

But that's for my summoner, what kind of build do you have?

I was playing w/a friend that was a summoner and my ranger. She is a lot easier now but still pesky. Unfortunately, he has a weak build and was killed instantly which pretty much left traps and puncture on her butt.

If you can group up her minions and go around them to attack her directly, thats good. Else, use a ruby flask while killing her minions because she uses minion instability which I believe does fire dmg like detonate dead.

Just use a single-target skill; remove any support gems like melee splash or chain; attack her directly. Make sure you pump lightning res with purity of elements or something because she does curse you.

Hard singletarget is the key!

I met her today in a lvl73 map and she did explode in a bloodsquirt in about 2sec...
