PETS / Companions for Ranger - Dex Skill Gem(s) !

I imagine this has been suggested, but would be great to have a companion for the lone ranger players. Dex summon skill gem. It could use the same system of minions/buffs, but think it should be separated from summoner builds and penalties in place to avoid them being added to summoner armies (ie. debuff to all other minions). Why I suggest this is to allow ranger types to have one trusty companion that would be comparable to 3 or more zombies.. make the pet have survivability and not something you must constantly re-summon.. make them worth while.

Str has decoy totem, int has minions, give dexers a trusty companion :]

Would be cool to see a basic variety.. for instance:

Bear - tanky, pulls aggro or shares resist buff.

Timber Wolf - attack speed or dmg buff, leap attack.

Panther - movement speed, evasion or crit chance buff, or maybe bleeds foes.

Implement a way to choose a particular pet..

This would also add a great cash shop option down the line.. I guarantee you people would pay well for an Armored Polar Bear skin or Blaze Wolf that they have supported with added fire damage.. I know I would!

What about a Falcon or as the Facebreakers Unique Text... Possibly a Storm Crow that exudes Lightning Damage. Maybe even a Pet Rhoa.

For now though I think they want Golems as substitutes for this role.

If you've ever seen a Null's Inclination build, that thar is a pet Ranger.

Wraeclast isn't a friendly place.

yeah but their pets "die" when you switch floors.
