Can monster attacks shotgun?

Hey all,

Having a hard time finding an answer as to whether monsters/exiles/bosses are able to shotgun attack skills onto players. I know monsters with spells can shotgun (i.e. multiple projectile fire dogs), but what about things like the skeleton archers with multiple projectiles?

Attacks cannot shotgun. Spells on the other hand can. Stand close to a fireball ribbon n u get shot gunned by 3 to 5 fireballs. Ouch.
