I found Blackgleam - worth building a character around?

I don't know what magic and rare quivers look like above level 35ish so I don't know if 32% fire damage on a quiver is a big deal or not.

Good if you're attempting to make an elemental ranger, not so much if you're opting for other stats as higher level quivers have better bonuses including flat +x damage as well as the ability to roll resistances and life.


Its meant to be for a niche build.

I found Blackgleam myself quite early one. I was not impressed by it since I was going for physical build from start of OB. The quiver did not change my focus because it did not look that great.

I trade for Broadstroke, which I believe is a quiver, which you want to build your character around.
