Path of Exile 1 Gameplay Help and Discussion - Why can't i reroll sockets on this unique? - Forum

So i got this unique shield Lioneye's Remorse (level 70 unique shield). Everytime I try to use a jewelers on it it gives me the following error : " Failed to apply item. Make sure that it's the right type, and that it is not equipped. If item was a skill gem, make sure it is not in a socket. its not a skill gem and I'm pretty sure you can use jewelers orbs on items. ggg added the feature few months ago that when you have maximum number of sockets on an item (3 is max for your shield) you can´t use anymore jeweler orbs on it and you get the error message you are seeing.	Posted by Sundrino#1819 on Mar 30, 2014, 7:36:54 PM Quote this Post
