life leech/life on hit and minions?

Does life leech stack with minions?

Just planing an skilltree like this so I hope it does.

Not exactly sure what you mean by stack, but they work like this:
- Life leech/life on hit from items: applies only to attacks you make and only heals you. Well, in your case your minions would get the LL/LOH if it was on your shield (although I'm not sure whether shields can even have a LL/LOH mod). All life gained by their attacks would go to your minions.
- LL/LOH support gems linked to your offensive spells only trigger when using that spell and only heal you.
- LL/LOH support gems linked to minion gems grant those minions LL/LOH (their attacks won't heal you)
- LOH doesn't work with Ghost Reaver, so is useless if you're using CI.

Bit unrelated, but +X mana on kill only works if you make the kill. You don't get it if your minions or party members make the final strike.
