disconnected from patching server before patching completed

hi
i stopped playing the game like a month back before the new patch is implemented. it worked fine and all but now im trying to play the game and i get this error whenever i try to patch things i tried 1 restarting pc/internet, yes many times 2 run as admin 3 deactivate firewall/ antivirus 4 download the installer again and again in my laptop(using the same internet connection) so that i can copy the content.ggpk but the installer's(7.2mb) download speed is 3-10kbps then will stop before it is completed and i end up with a file less than 1mb 5 number 4 but download in my pc SYSTEM: Windows 8 64bit/ 4GB RAM/ intel i5-3470 Last edited by Henry_GGG#0000 on Aug 15, 2023, 7:34:56 PM Last bumped on Aug 15, 2023, 6:21:03 PM

Hey there,
Can you please go to this link - http://patchcdn.pathofexile.com/1.1.1.5/PathOfExile.exe and download the latest exe? Place this into the folder you want to install POE to and run it. Let me know how this goes. Edit: You may want to check that your Antivirus and Firewall are not blocking Path of Exile's connection to the internet. Need Support? support@grindinggear.com. I have the same problem - download crashes on 38%.
Nothing, including replaceing executable, helps. |

can you please run a WinMTR to patchcdn.pathofexile.com while attempting to patch so we can check the network? Instructions for WinMTR can be found linked in the Consolidated Technical sticky post.

The problem came back tooday..... Again I get this error message and cannot patch the game.....
