Marking the Skill Tree

Hey folks,

I apologize if this suggestion has at some point been posted before. Just something that kept gnawing at me while trying to level up my Templar Necromancer...

Would it be possible to allow for in-game marking of the skill tree? As in, let you draw a circle over zones/ gems that acted like objective markers, so that next time you go into a level up, you remember which way that group of gems you wanted is? As things stand, it's really hard to keep track of where you're supposed to going on that thing, especially since many skills (such as minion improvements) are really spread all over the place. Having a system to make finding your desired gems more intuitive would be very welcome.

Another alternative would be a filter that lets you grey out (but not remove) all gems not pertinent to the skill time that you're looking for. For example, if I type in/ select "Minion" skills, only those are shown in color while everything else is slightly faded/ darkened (but not enough to where the paths become invisible).

Again, sorry if this was already posted, just my two cents there.

You mean something like this?

So ehh, Bookmarks and "Alt + Tab"?
Similar, but an in-game marking system (preferably with indicators to the screen edge, but this highlight style works just as well). Alt-Tab tends to crash the game for me and pretty much everyone else I know who also plays the game. It would also be clunkier and generally not serve the purpose, which is to make navigating the tree while leveling up easier.
