What lvl Per Act?

What is a good lvl to start each act?, or what lvl by the end of that act. I am in act 2 Normal, and goin for the end boss, lvl 32... is that normal? I do Full clear of every map I go to.

Just look at the level of the map. When you press U and hover over the dot representing the area you are about to go to, is your char level close or equal to the map level? If so, you're good.
