Forum User Recomendation

Ok if you like lets try this: instead almost every thread in this section were you recomend yourself for the beta, here you have to recomend someother user that you will like to see in the beta.
Recomending Rules: 1) Only users who have accounts with more than 1 day old and 5 or more posts will be able to recomend. 2) Only one recomendation per user is allowed. 3) If you recommend someone you have to update the tally (list of votes) 4) It is strictly forbbiden to recomend yourself Observation: 1) In case of breaking rule 1, the recomendation does not count. 2) In case of breaking rule 2, only the first recomended user does count (the rest are ignored). Also in case the user you recomended got into the beta, you are free to recomend again, following the above rules. 3) Please, try not to break this rule it is a pain to update the list after several recs. 4) In case of breaking rule 3, you get a negative for recomendation for each self recomendation.
